Working With Your Multicultural Workforce

Are you clearly communicating with your Multi-Cultural Workforce?

In today’s workplace it is not uncommon to have workers from different countries, diverse backgrounds and cultures making up part of your workforce.

Do you sometimes get frustrated due to the communication & cultural gap?

What if you could increase and improve communication, employee morale,
productivity and workplace safety?

Part of the answer is in understanding our workplace diverse culture. It is important to understand how their values, beliefs and traditions can play an important role with production, quality and workplace safety.

Mental Health, Harassment & Workplace Safety

In today's world, it is crucial to address bullying and mental health challenges in the workplace. Statistics from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reveal a concerning trend: The suicide rate among working-age individuals in the U.S. has increased 40% over the past two decades, with nearly 38,000 lives lost in 2017 alone.

Of particular concern is the construction industry, where the rate of death by suicide is four times higher than the general population — 45 per 100,000 individuals — making it the second highest among all workplace industries. Gain insight and guidance to help foster a compassionate and inclusive work environment that values every individual.

Your personality and delivery of what can be a very unexciting topic kept our employees tuned in. Even further the fact that you presented both in English and Spanish with the same energy and personality was truly effective.
